Terms of Service

Welcome to the Comfy Castle Heating and Air website. By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, including the Your Privacy Choices section that describes how to opt out of analytics and advertising cookies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who We Are

Comfy Castle Heating and Air is a licensed HVAC contractor based in Greenwood Village, CO (License # AEC01319 / LIC00252624), serving the North and South Denver Metro Area. You can reach us at (303) 227-9999 or [email protected].

2. Website Use

You may use this site to learn about our services, request estimates, book appointments, and read our guides. You agree not to misuse the site — including submitting false service requests, scraping content for republication, attempting to disrupt the site, or using our forms to send spam. Content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to Comfy Castle Heating and Air or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

3. Estimates, Scheduling & Service Work

• Prices, promotions, and financing offers shown on this site are informational and not binding quotes. Actual pricing is confirmed in a written estimate after we evaluate your home and equipment.
• Submitting a form or booking request does not by itself create an appointment — we will confirm by phone, text, or email.
• Actual HVAC service work is governed by the written estimate, invoice, or service agreement you sign, not by these website terms.
• Financing is provided by third-party lenders through Wisetack via Housecall Pro; approval, rates, and terms are set by the lender, not by Comfy Castle Heating and Air.

When requesting service, describe the equipment, the issue you have noticed, and the best way to contact you. Information submitted through this website helps explain your request; it does not establish the cause of a problem or replace an assessment of the equipment. If a page describes a maintenance task, repair, or replacement option, ask which work is appropriate for your particular system. Confirm the proposed scope and price in the written estimate or service agreement before deciding whether to proceed.

Before accepting financing, review the lender's application, disclosures, repayment schedule, and other terms carefully. A reference to financing on this website does not establish your eligibility or the cost of credit available to you. Questions about a financing offer should be directed to the provider identified in that offer. Questions about the HVAC work, scheduling, or a service estimate should be directed to Comfy Castle Heating and Air using the contact details on this page.

4. Educational Content — No Professional Advice

Our Learning Center guides, glossary, and FAQs are general educational information for Colorado homeowners. They are not a diagnosis of your specific system and are no substitute for an on-site evaluation by a licensed technician. Portions of our educational content are drafted with the assistance of AI tools and are reviewed by our team before publication; despite that review, content may contain errors or become outdated. Never attempt repairs involving gas, refrigerant, or high-voltage electricity yourself.

5. Third-Party Links & Tools

The site links to third-party services — online booking and the customer portal (Housecall Pro), financing (Wisetack via Housecall Pro), review platforms, and social media. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

This website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comfy Castle Heating and Air is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits the warranties or remedies that apply to actual service work under your signed service agreement, or any rights that cannot be waived under Colorado law.

7. Disputes, Governing Law & Arbitration

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute arising out of your use of this website that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Adams County, Colorado, administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider — and you and Comfy Castle Heating and Air each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Small-claims matters may be brought in small-claims court instead. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first using the site.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
